ONION
TOMATO
NARRATOR

(Lights Up)

ONION: "You can do what you want. You can do what you want."

NARRATOR: ... said the Onion.

TOMATO: "No I can't. No I can't."

NARRATOR: ... replied the Tomato, adamantly.

(There is a pause. Then both Tomato and Onion look UP in horror)

NARRATOR: It was then that the gleeming metal prongs arrived, rendering their argument moot.

(Lights Down).
