Mr. Bill Predicted the Demise of New Orleans

President Bush, you're wrong. Mr. Bill and his public service announcement predicted the demise of New Orleans.

According to cartoonbrew, referring to a blog by the Rude Pundit, there was a public service announcement video with Mr. Bill (from Saturday Night Live) produced back in 2004 meant to encourage donations to protecting New Orleans:
